The data is available 24/7 via your own online dashboard. You will also receive the usual reports for the Smiley Link feedback via email; in the frequency you wish.

- Using your smartphone, scan the QR code or visit the website address shown (URL)
- Click on the smiley that represents your experience
- If desired, add your feedback in a few sentences, in the Open Feedback box
Helpful Information
- Unprecedentedly easy to implement. Print the provided sheet with QR code and URL and place it in the Question holder of the SmileyTerminal. The feedback data arrives directly in the web portal, at the corresponding column.
- With the SmileyTouch, even the display can be converted to theSmiley Link option. This immediately displays the QR code and URL on the screen!
